Opening hours

Opening hours are available on the Basic plan and above.

Weekly hours

Each location has a weekly schedule. A day can have several ranges (for example a lunch break), and a range can go past midnight, such as 18:00-02:00.

Templates

Go to Hours to create a schedule like “Standard retail” once and apply it to many locations. When you change the template, every location that uses it updates.

Special days

On a location, under Holiday hours, add a date to close it, or to give it different hours, for public holidays or events. Special days override the weekly schedule for that date only.

Time zones

Each location has its own time zone. “Open now” is worked out in the location’s time zone, so it is correct wherever the shopper is.

Tip: switch on Show open / closed in Appearance. Shoppers then see an open or closed badge on each location and an Open now filter to hide closed stores.
