The terms that apply when you install and use MapStockist.

The service
MapStockist provides a store locator app for Shopify stores. By installing the app you agree to these terms and to Shopify’s own terms for apps.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify and include a free trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app. Charges are handled by Shopify under its billing terms.
Your content
You own the location data and content you add. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to publish it, and that it is accurate.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the app to publish unlawful content, to send spam through the lead forms, or to interfere with the service or other merchants.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and fast, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve features over time.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
